Objective To investigate the association of IL-6、hsCRP、APN、FFA and IR with metabolic syndrome andits components.Method Select Uygur Kashgar River Bazi rural settlements as a field, and collected a total of3442peopleby cluster random sampling, and conducted at baseline, follow-up and outcome of the investigation. On thisbasis, selected randomly218cases of Uighurs patients as MS group, while selecting201cases from thesame population by matching method as the control group. The concentration of serum IL-6and APN andFINS were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), serum hsCRP and FFA level byimmunoturbidimetric assay (ITM).Data was managed and inputted with software of Epidata3.02. Allstatistical analyses were performed using the SPSS13.0statistical software.Results1. Serum IL-6concentration in MS group was higher than control group[30.86(21.22,43.89),23.32(11.09,31.81),P<0.05].2. Serum hsCRP concentration in MS group was higher than control group [1.26(0.79,1.52),1.16(0.79,1.35),P<0.05].3. Serum FFA concentration in MS group was higher than control group [0.57(0.38,0.80),0.45(0.33,0.65),P<0.05].4. Serum APN concentration in MS group was lower than control group [4405.54(2524.4,15964.34),5724.58(1824.22,16388.89),P<0.05].5. IR concentration in MS group was higher than control group[1.87(1.32,3.96),1.65(1.01,2.78),P<0.05].6. The levels of IL-6and hsCRP and FFA and IR of abnormal components were higher than those ofnormal, APN levels was lower.7. The levels of IL-6and hsCRP and FFA and IR elevated as the increasing numbers of MScomponents,APN levels was decline.8.Detection rates of the MS components, such as high blood Pressure, hyperglycemia and insulin resistancewere significantly higher in the Q4group with high level of IL-6and hsCRP and FFA and IR whencompared to the Q1group with lower level(P<0.01),but which is contrary to APN.Conclusion1.Serum IL-6and hsCRP and FFA and IR concentration in MS groups were higher thancontrol groups,APN was lower.2. Serum IL-6, hsCRP, FFA, APN and IR were closely related to components of MS and the number ofabnormal component aggregation.3. Serum IL-6, hsCRP, FFA, IR had a a positive correlation with MS and its components, APN werenegatively correlated.4. Serum IL-6, hsCRP, FFA and APN had a closely related with IR.
