Research On Color Doppler Ultrasound Technology For Chronic Heart Disease Integrative Medicine Diagnostic

ObjectivesAccording to the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), the International Societyfor Heart Failure ultrasound expert consensus standards,2008Chinese andwestern experts BNP consensus and the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicinediagnostic criteria, for chronic heart failure disease, the study guided by traditional Chinesemedicine theory, using color Doppler ultrasound examination as important means toconduct traditional Chinese and western medicine applied basic research, to establish"heart failure" disease diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and the recentcurative effect evaluation criteria, that conforms to modern scientific understandingregularity. The research also aims to lay the theoretical foundation for Integrative Medicinediagnosis and curative effect evaluation of chronic heart failure.Methods1.With sequential method is proposed to collect CHF patients，in accordance with theprinciple of randomized double-blind controlled divided into research group and thecontrol group，and then do the inspection of general situation of traditional Chinesemedicine (TCM); Etiology and diagnosis of heart disease, cardiac function classification,four clinical situations and his tongue, pulse, syndrome.2.By color Doppler echocardiography instrument for testing means, CHF patients inboth groups based on the different Chinese and western medicine treatment, phasedevaluation of cardiac function, collect data.3.Using SPSS17.0statistical software for CHF syndromes and color Dopplerechocardiography measured cardiac function indexes of mathematical analysis. Measurement data in the form of the average±standard deviation.Results1.CHF TCM syndrome distribution: TCM syndrome of qi deficiency has the highestproportion of53cases in all60patients with chronic heart failure disease, accounted for88.3%. In the next place,36cases with blood stasis syndrome accounted for60%. YangPan Phlegm and water cross-resistance syndrome16cases, accounted for26.6%. And inpatients with edema syndrome due to Yang deficiency in NYHA class IV significantlyhigher than that of heart function Ⅱ and Ⅲ grade (p<0.01).2.Using ultrasonic score evaluation of cardiac function in patients with CHF: Whenthe heart failure ultrasonic score value≥3，the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosticvalue were94%,96%respectively for symptomatic CHF patients diagnosed with chronicheart failure.ConclusionBased on the TCM syndrome score before and after treatment in two groups ofpatients, cardiac function grading evaluation of left ventricular function in the course oftreatment and again at the end of the course were measured. According to the data analysisof CHF originated the heart qi deficiency syndrome of TCM syndromes. Its pathogenesis islack of a better mousetrap, long growing, specimens, factors, causal, will cause a viciouscycle. CHF TCM syndrome differentiation and evolution is the development process ofheart qi deficiency and yin deficiency, blood stasis, and edema due to Yangdeficiency, and combination of phlegm syndrome. Impaired cardiac function is processedby of the scientific mechanism in left ventricular diastolic dysfunction to left ventricularsystolic dysfunction.
