Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound and related risk factor in T2DM patients with lower extremity arterial disease. Methods:A total of108patients with T2DM were selected in our hospital from February2012to February2014and including40cases of simple T2DM and78cases combined with hyperlipidemia50healthy volunteers as normal control group. All cases were detected the lower extremity arteries by Philips IE33and Hitachi Hi Vision AVIUS color Doppler ultrasound and the fasting blood serum of FBG, TG and TC were measured. Results:The rate of lower extremity arteriosclerosis was16.0%and77.8%in normal control and T2DM groups, and it was45.0%and97.6%in simple T2DM and combined with hyperlipidemia groups, respectively. The degree of≥50%in lower extremity arterial stenosis was75.0%and52.0%,and<50%was75.0%and25.0%in simple T2DM and combined with hyperlipidemia groups respectively, there were significantly difference between two groups (All p<0.05)Conclusion:l.The color Doppler ultrasound has a high clinical diagnostic value in evaluating lower extremity arteriosclerosis in development and progression with type2diabetes patients.2. The course of disease FBG, TG and TC were important risk factors in development of lower extremity arteriosclerosis with type2diabetes patients.
