| Objective：To preparate traditional Chinese medicine named Xiaochuan dropping pill used to treat bronchial asthma,and then,study its preparation process,quality standard and pharmacodynamics investigation research.Method: Pharmacodynamics experiment resuLts is an important indexe for the choice of the preparation process. Determine the detail technological parameter by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The molding technological is due to appearance quality，time limit of dissolve，pill weight difference. Appropriate identification of five herbs were made by TLC; Ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochlorid,costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone were measured respectiveLy by HPLC. Samples were tested pharmacodynamics.Result:Ephedra,saussurea costus,stemona and fritillaria were extracted by60%ethanol refluxing twice,retrieve ethanol from filtrate,dry the thick paste.Artemisia was extra-cted by90%ethanol,concentrated to thick paste.All theextraction mix-ed with melting PEG-4000at80℃,then dropped into10℃dimethicone350,made drop pill. Spots were obtained from the test solutions and without interference. The content of Ephedrine hydrochloride was no less than0.1mg per pill;the content of pseudoephedrine hydrochlorid was no less than0.03mg per pill;the content of costunolidewas no less than0.05mg per pill;the content of dehydrocostus lactonewas no less than0.05mg per pill.Xiaochuan dropping pill is effectiveto guinea pig model of ovalbumin asthma.Conclusion: The preparation process of the Qiangzhi Yishen Capsule was steady; the quality of the drop pill can be controlled and the determination methods can be reproduced.Xiaochuan drop pill can be the effective drug for children asthma. |
