Objective: Through the analysis of113cases of children with Tourette’s syndrome(kidney zhi deficiency) in children with clinical EEG distribution and characteristics ofchildren with Tourette’s clinics provide new ideas.Methods: Choose February2012-2014in February for treatment at the AffiliatedHospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine pediatric TouretteSyndrome (kidney zhi deficiency type)113cases of children using Nihon Kohden EEGproduced16, in accordance with international standards10-20lead placement system, thereference electrode placed on the bilateral earlobe, conducted EEG monitoring.Results: This study Tourette Syndrome (kidney zhi deficiency type) in children withabnormal EEG was19.47%. The children with emotional disorders, such as emotionalinstability and timid fear, its EEG abnormal rate is higherthan other children (P <0.05).with Multiple children with Tourette EEG background rhythm to α-wave-based,multi-frequency for the8-10HZ, volatility to the volatility and high volatility mainly pooramplitude adjustment, mostly symmetrical waveform occurs mainly in the top partoccipital region. There are more low in volatility based θ slow, frequency and more at4-7HZ, burst and scattered appear.Conclusion: Through investigation and study of this subject,found the problem ofbackground EEG slow child patients EEG, EEG abnormalities associated with mooddisorders in children with higher rates.EEG in children with Tourette Syndrome’s existencecertain rules, can provide a reference for clinical practice.
