| In this study, we established the pulmonary fibrosis rats model in the zoopery,observed and analysed the effects of Qi-tonifying Drug on Pulmonary Fibrosis and ItsMechanism from pathology,immune,oxidative stress,cell factor and gene expression.We selected codonopsis pilosula and astragalus membranaceus as representative herbsthrough data retrieval and data analysis. In the zoopery,32healthy male rats were randomlydivided into4groups: Blank group,Model group, Yiqi group and Prednisone group. Toestablish the pulmonary fibrosis rats model by bleomycin,and give the correspondingdrugs by intragastric administration.We put the rats to death at28d,and observed the lungtissue slice pathological morphology after HE staining.To test the expression level ofTNF-α,IL-8,and TGF-β1in lung tissue of rats by ELISA. To test the expression level ofSOD,GSH in the serum of the rats by chemiluminescence. To test the expression level ofVEGF-mRNA in lung tissue of rats by PCR.The lung tissue slice pathological morphology and the indexes of Yiqi group werebetter significantly than Model group and Prednisone group in the zoopery.That is,Qi-tonifying drug has obvious therapeutic effects on pulmonary fibrosis rats. Themechanism may be related to the increase ofpulmonary fibrosis rats immunity, thecorrection of oxidative stress,the improvement of airway remodeling,and the decreaseof the angiogenesis in pulmonary fibrosis rats. |
