To Investigate The Effect Of Curculigo Orchioides And Epimedium On VEGF And PDGF In Rats With Pulmonary Fibrosis And Its Clinical Analysis

Purpose: These prescription data by Wei Zhang,a professor at the diagnosis and treatment in patients with interstitial lung disease outpatient prescriptions.Using data mining and analysis ways found in the treatment of interstitial lung disease in patients with kidney deficiency syndrome commonly used drugs and its internal regulation of medicine.Pulmonary fibrosis in rats model was established by animal experiments,from pathology pictures,VEGF and PDGF multi-angle observation analysis related to biological factors such as Epimedium,Curculigo,the couple of Epimedium and Curculigo medicine’s influence on pulmonary fibrosis in rats model.In order to the Chinese medicine treatment of pulmonary fibrosis to explore new methods.Methods: Through June 2019-December 2019 outpatient prescriptions to sort,selected standard outpatient medical records,using the application of SPSS Modeler 18.0 software for data mining,data mining model using the association rules Apriori algorithm,drawing the drug’s Web-map,found that the most frequently used animal experiment on drugs and its medicine suits.Then SPF 60 SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: A blank group,B the hormone control group,X model set,H Curculigo model control group,the I fairy medicine Epimedium controls,K the medicine suits to the control group,each group of 10 rats.After that we use endotracheal intubation rapid infusion BLM way to production of pulmonary fibrosis in rats model,and according to the corresponding drug lavage intervention.Finally random executed these rats when days at 14 and 28,the rats lung were observed under biopsy pathological changes after HE staining,Elisa method to determine the expression of VEGF,PDGF in abdominal aortic blood levels.SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used for data processing,and the measurement data were expressed as mean ±standard deviation(x±s).Analysis of variance was used for inter-group comparison,multi-comparison alphabetical marker was used for grouping,and one-way analysis of variance was used for intra-group comparison.Results: Through the summary and analysis of 228 prescriptions in clinic,it was found that the accumulative frequency of Qi-tonifying drug was up to895 times,and the accumulative frequency of Epimedium was up to 226 times.After animal experiments,it was found that there were significant differences in the treatment groups of Epimedium group,Curculigo group and the couple of Epimedium and Curculigo group compared with the model group(P < 0.01),the expression level of VEGF was significantly lower than that of the model group,and the content of PDGF-BB in Curculigo group was lower than that of the model group,showing statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Through the study found that in clinical prescription Epimedium use frequency is highest,with Epimedium for the key point,explore its Chinese medicine suits for the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis,animal experiments,found Curculigo group,Epimedium,medicine suits for group can significantly reduce the content of VEGF,thereby inhibition of pulmonary fibrosis and the effect is better than that of hormone.Further analysis showed that the safety of the medicine suits group was better than that of Epimedium group and Curculigo group.The effect of this Chinese couple of medicine suits on phase improving the curative effect and reducing side effects has been further confirmed,which provides guidance and Suggestions for clinical treatment.
