Efficacy Of Compound Particles Centipede Infection Control Chronic Osteomyelitis

Objective:By taking the pharmaceutical compound centipede particles to observe thecurative effect of chronic osteomyelitis of the infection control, summarize its clinicalcharacteristics, mechanism and application value, and to explore a way to reduce the sideeffects brought by antibiotic use, clinical curative effect is accurate, safe and reliable wayto control the infection of chronic osteomyelitis.Methods: Choose between January2012and October2013treated were included in thestandard of40patients with chronic osteomyelitis, according to the patients’ complianceinto two groups: treatment group and control group. Treatment group was treated withsurgery plus oral compound centipede particles of20patients with12weeks in the controlgroup by operation+static drops of sensitive antibiotics2weeks+oral sensitive6weeks,20cases. Are calculated respectively in the two groups after treatment in patients with totaleffective rate, parts of biochemical indexes and total score3months after treatment theclinical symptoms and signs, and carries on the statistical analysis.Results: Postoperative3months after treatment symptoms and signs the total integralcomparison differences between the treatment group is better than that of control group (P<0.05); Blood sedimentation, white blood cells, neutrophils ratio and c-reactive proteinwere lower than that of control group (P <0.05), RBC, hemoglobin, lymphocytes and thevalue of serum albumin was obviously higher than that of control group (P <0.05).Treatment group in immunity, promote blood circulation, improve the clinical symptoms isbetter than that in control group. Recurrence after treatment in treatment group were0%; The control group were5.00%respectively.Conclusion: Compound centipede particles have immunity, promote blood circulation,improve clinical symptoms, reduce drug damage to the body, improve clinicalsymptoms,improve quality of life and reduce the recurrence rate, safe and reliable, noadverse reaction, for the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis infection has good curativeeffect.
