The Clinical Research Of Wenyangqiangxintang In The Treatment Of Yang Deficiency Of Edema Type Of Chronic Heatr Failure

Objective：To study the effect of WenYangQiangXinTang in the treatment of yangdeficiency of edema type of chronic heart failure. Methods：Select NYHA class grade Ⅱor grade Ⅲ of70patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into thetreatment group of35cases, with on the basis of conventional western medicine;35casesin the control group with conventional western medicine treatment, curative effects wereobserved and compared after4weeks. Results:1.The total effective rate of TCM symptomimprovement in treatment group was85.71%,65.71%in the control group, there wassignificant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.05);2. Aftertreatment, the total effective rate of the efficacy of cardiac function in the treatment was91.42%, significantly higher than that of the control group74.28%, two groups hadsignificant difference (P<0.05).3. After treatment, the NT-ProBNP value of the treatmentgroup was lower than that of the control group, the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).4. Treatment group can obviously improve the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), increased stroke volume (SV), the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).5. The treatment group in the quality of life score heart failure in Minnesotasignificantly was better than the control group, the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion：WenYangQiangXinTang can improve the clinical symptoms ofpatients with yang deficiency of edema type of chronic heart failure, improve heartfunction, improve left ventricular ejection fraction, increase stroke volume, and canimprove the life quality of the patients.
