The TCM Research Of Old People With Chronic Kidney Disease In The Fourth Stage

Purposes:The TCM Research of Old people with CKD in the fourth stage,to understand itsclinical characteristic,provides the theory basis for the TCM clinical treatment of CKD.Methods:Through the use of a questionnaire survey of clinical way,collecting62cases of CKD in the fourth stage patients’ general data,using cluster analysis method toanalyze data, and research to explore the TCM syndromes of CKD in the fourth stagecharacteristics.Results:In the statistics of62old patients with chronic kidney disease in the fourthstage,39cases of male, female23cases.Among them, the primary disease of16patientswith glomerular nephritis, diabetic nephropathy11, hypertensive renal impairment10,renal tubular interstitial nephritis7,chronic pyelonephritis4, and autoimmune diseases、other unknown causes.Through the clustering analysis method to analyze it,according tothe results:The main symptoms of CKD in the fourth stage are lumbar debility(83.9%)、lassitude(79.0%)、limbs heavy drowsiness（61.3%）、shortness of breath lazy words（53.2%）、abdominal distention（51.6%）、shapeless stool(50.0%）、nocturia kiyonaga（50.0%）、Poor appetite（48.4%）、Dry mouth（46.8%）.Conclusion:The survey results indicate that the TCM Research of Old people withCKD in the fourth stage:the mainly symptoms are deficiency of Qi、Yin and Yang,anddampness、stasis、hygropyrexia.They mutual inclusion,deficiency and real evil mix witheach other.The deficiency is yang deficiency as the main ingredient,wet muddy syndromeis mainly real syndromes.
