Clinical Observation On Rougan Lipi Soup In Treating Chemical Indigestion Caused By Chronic Pancretitis Of Liver Depression And Spleen Vacuity Syndrome

Objective： Based on clinic observation, to analysis the curative effect and themechanism of Chemical indigestion caused by Chronic pancretitis of Liver depression andspleen vacuity Syndrome treated by Rougan lipi Soup. Methods:52patients with CP weredivided into two groups at random: the treatment group and the control group. Thetreatment group was given oral administration of Rougan lipi Soup, and the control groupwas given Pancreatic enzyme Enteric capsules（De Meitong），500units for every kg weight by threetimes every.4weeks were set as a course of treatment. The clinical effects of each groupwere observed during the course and the follow-up survey of6months. Results:Comparing the effect of improving clinical symptoms with two groups such as abdominalpain,abdominal distention，anorexia fatigue,nausea and emesisi,diarrhea,lack of power andIrritable insomnia, there is significant difference between the treatment and controlgroup(P<0.05).The control groups can improve the most symptoms expect the anorexiafatigue.The total effective rates were92.31%in treatment group and38.46%in controlgroup(P<0.05). There are no adverse reactions in broth group during thetreatment.Conclusions: Rougan lipi Soup appears to have the significant effect in thetreatment of Chemical indigestion caused by Chronic pancretitis of Liver depression andspleen vacuity Syndrome. It has improved the clinic symptoms，TCM syndrome and thequality of life of IBS-D Patients.
