Objective: To the research will lead to the growth of athletes are scattered and dietinstruction, gymnastics and other sports comprehensive intervention treatment of spleenand kidney deficiency type relatively short the clinical curative effect of children, observeits effect for promoting the height growth of children, and to improve appetite, nutritionalstatus and the curative effect of TCM syndrome integral, in order to early prevention andtraditional Chinese medicine treatment of partial short stature the feasibility and efficacy ofprovide a certain amount of clinical and theoretical basis.Methods: In October2012to November2012in the second affiliated hospital ofshandong university of TCM pediatrics clinics at the age of1~7years old of growth anddevelopment relatively short children were randomly divided into observation group andcontrol group, each group is divided into two age groups:~1years old,4~7years old.Observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine and comprehensiveintervention, the control group given comprehensive intervention.Treatment for6months(continuous administration according to the curative effect after a month to consolidate orintermittent medication), before the treatment of children’s height, weight, bone age,growth hormone proocation tests, such as inspection, review every3months thereafterheight, weight, diet.Using single factor analysis of variance analysis, independent samplet-test statistical method, comparing the two groups after3months treatment of height,weight and height, weight, after6months of appetite, TCM syndrome integral,comprehensive curative effect index, etc.Results:1.1years old~observation group and control group3months after treatmentwere89.49±4.60cm,88.59±5.93cm in length, comparing the two groups had nosignificant difference (P>0.05), and6months after treatment were94.93±4.96cm, 94.93±5.70cm in length, comparing the two groups have significant difference (P <0.05);4~7years old observation group and control group in the height of3months aftertreatment were112.93±6.51cm,109.13±6.94cm, comparing the two groups havesignificant difference (P <0.05), the height of6months after treatment were115.61±6.56cm,111.45±7.62cm, comparing the two groups have significant difference (P <0.05).2.1years old~observation group and control group after treatment for3monthsweight were12.44±1.18kg,12.04±1.42kg, comparing the two groups had no significantdifference (P>0.05), and after treatment6months weight were13.91±1.28kg,12.86±1.37kg, comparing the two groups have significant difference (P <0.05);4~7years oldobservation group and control group in the height of3months after treatment, respectively,18.52±2.20kg,2.20±2.39kg, comparing the two groups have significant difference (P <0.05), and after treatment6months weight were19.99±2.45kg,18.27±2.7kg, comparingthe two groups have significant difference (P <0.05).3.1year old~observation group and control group6months after treatment, theappetite is respectively90.48%,70.59%, comparing the two groups was very significantdifference (P <0.01);4~7years old group and control group6months after treatment, theappetite is respectively97.06%,57.14%, comparing the two groups was very significantdifference (P <0.01).4.1years old~observation group and control group6months after treatment of TCMsyndrome integral4.10±2.62,2.62±4.46, respectively, comparing the two groups was verysignificant difference (P <0.01);4~7years old group and control group6months aftertreatment of TCM syndrome integral5.21±3.43,3.43±6.47, respectively, comparing thetwo groups was very significant difference (P <0.01).5.1years old~observation group and control group6months after the comprehensivecurative effect efficiently are90.48%and90.48%respectively, comparing the two groupswas very significant difference (P <0.01);4~7years old group and control group6months after the comprehensive curative effect efficiently are97.06%and97.06%respectively, comparing the two groups was very significant difference (P <0.01).Conclusion: Adopts the combination of traditional Chinese medicine andcomprehensive intervention treatment of partial short stature,(spleen and kidney Qideficiency syndrome) effect is obvious, all ages children’s height, weight growth to someextent, especially to the improvement of4~7years old children’s height, weight, diet,Chinese medicine syndrome and comprehensive curative effect is superior to pure integrated intervention therapy.At the age of1~3years old children’s traditional Chinesemedicine treatment in three months has no obvious effect on growth of height, weight,treatment after half a year。...
