| Objective: To analyse with hollow tension screws for the treatment of bone fromthe clinical curative effect of the calcaneal sustentaculum tali fracture, for thecalcaneal sustentaculum tali fracture treatment provide a reference basis.Methods: This topic data from March2011-December2013in shandongprovince hospital inpatients of17cases,13cases of calcaneal fractures combinedwith focal distance fractures, by inside and outside the joint into the road openreduction with bone special-shaped steel with hollow screw internal fixation treatment;4cases of simple calcaneal sustentaculum tali fractures, using the medial approachhollow screw fixation treatment. By the American Orthopaedic Foot and AnkleSociety (AOFAS) after the Ankle and Foot scoring criteria to evaluate postoperativecurative effect.Results:17patients no nerve, blood vessel damage symptoms, fixation offracture end,postoperative incision healed well.17patients to our hospital outpatientcare and17cases of patients with follow-up visit, follow-up time was6-12months,an average of8.3months. After by AOFAS ankle and foot at the time of the lastfollow-up rating criteria, including4cases,13cases, fine rate was100%.2patients were discharged from hospital for two months in a functional exercise onfields in our review had a sexual pain, after our homemade huoxue pain spreadoutside wash hot compress the symptoms disappear; The data of all theincision healed by two weeks, no infection, bone nonunion, tarsal tunnel syndrome, long hallux flexor tendon tenosynovitis complications such as tubesyndrome.Conclusion:The medial approach for open reduction and hollow tension screwinternal fixation in the treatment of sustentaculum Tali fracture onpostoperativewound healing, early functional exercise has a larger advantage,worthy of clinicalpopularization and application. |
