Clinical Study Of The Treatment By Arthroscopic Fixaing Of Tension Hollow Screw To The Tibial Crest Of Torn Fracture

Objective To investigate the surgical methods of the treatments by arthroscopic fixation of tension hollow screw to the tibial crest of torn fracture. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the surgical methods.Methods Between1January2010to30November2011,27cases of tibial crest of torn fracture were treated in the orthopedic department of our hospital by arthros-copic tension hollow screw fixation. Follow-up checks were made on the patients and scores were given according to the Lysholm Knee Score of preoperation and postoperation. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the surgical methods,according to the imaging date, Lysholm Knee Score of preoperative and postoperative.Results Out of the27patients,19cases were followed up. Followed-up time is4to15months,averge10.37months. The Lysholm Knee Score of preoperation was32.48±3.60,and the Lysholm Knee Score of postoperation was92.91±3.10,There are significant differences between the two (p<0.05). All the cases showed the line of bone fracture healing by X-ray, to satisfy the knee function acticities. Conclusion The treatments by arthroscopic fixation of tension hollow screw to the tibial crest of torn fracture,firm fixation, minimal surgical trauma, neat and beautiful appearance, less pain and suitability for early knee exercise,to obtain a satisfactory clinical efficacy.
