Jie Du Kai Fei Tang Pediatric Capillary Bronchitis Clinical Research

Purpose: through the observation to the clinical effects of Jie Du Kai Fei Tang tovalidate its therapeutic on children bronchiolitis.To rich therapeutic principles ofdiffusion,dredging,eliminations and dropping of Chinese medicine on pneumoniacough,humind asthma and asthma and to provide theoretic evidence of dinical medicine.Method: select the patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western ofchildren bronchiolitis.The patients were divided into two groups,which are Jie Du Kai FeiTang group (30people) and Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang group (30people).One treatment coursecontains seven days. Folowing iteams have been observed before and after therapy: bloodcommom analysis, chest x-ray test, clinical symptions, body singns tone and pulse. Fourckinical classes were set which are full recovery, effective, improved and inefficient. Therelationship of illness dregrec, age and therapy effects was analyzedResult: the total effective ration of curing group is100%and the control group is96.67%. Through Ridit analysis P≤0.05, which suggests that the therapeutic effect of curinggroup is better than that of control group.Conclusion: Chinese medicine takes children bronchiolitis as pneumomia breath, humid.The illness mechanism is open lung detoxification. Thus relieving cough and asthma,open lung detoxification should be emphasized. The effects of Jie Du Kai Fei Tang is goodand worth turther speading.
