The Clinical Research About Zhengtian Capsule Treatment Of Migraine(Xuexu Yangkang Jia Yu)

Purpose: Through summarizing the related literature of the research progress ofChinese medicine and western medicine treatment of migraine, and observe clinical casesof Zhengtian capsule treatment in patients with migraine(Xuexu Yangkang jia Yu), to evaluatethe clinical efficacy and safety of Zhengtian capsule treatment of migraine(Xuexu Yangkangjia Yu).Method: This study adopts the method of Zhengtian capsules compared with Sibeline(two drugs are all provided by san-jiu pharmaceutical incorporated company), than screeningof48patients with migraine (Xuexu Yangkang jia Yu) from changchun university hospital oftraditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy outpatient service, and divide them intotreatment group and the control group (n=24). Finally, completed a randomized, blind,double simulation, positive medicine contrast test.Treatment for12weeks.Result: After statistical analysis the clinical curative effect, safety and adverse reactions,come to the conclusion that Zhengtian capsule can obviously alleviate various symptoms ofmigraine patients (Xuexu Yangkang jia Yu), without the occurrence of adverse reactions andside effects. In the aspect of clinical curative effect, treatment group total effective ratewas88%, control group total effective rate was67%. After statistics processing, the curativeeffect of the two groups have significant difference (P <o.05), statistically significant, thisproves that the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group. In the aspect ofimproving TCM syndrome,through statistical analysis, it is concluded that the treatment grouptotal effective rate was92%, control group total effective rate was83%, two groups havesignificant difference (P <0.05), statistically significant, the treatment group is better than thecontrol group. In reducing headache frequency, duration, number of days, degree, reduce thenumber and frequency of use the painkillers, the results also have a statistically significantdifference between the two groups, the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Choose Zhengtian capsule treatment of migraine (Xuexu Yangkang jia Yu)in clinical curative effect, improve the syndromes, reducing frequency of headache, number ofdays, degree, duration and reduce the number and frequency of use the painkillers, muchbetter than Sibeline, and no adverse reactions and side effects, is a kind of safe and effective way in the treatment of migraine.
