Clinical Study Of60Cases Of Bronchiolitis Treatment Of Children With Whooping Cough Capsules Enema Retention (Acute Phase)

Purpose: By observing the clinical manifestations of bronchiolitis (acute phase) children(breathlessness, cough, throat phlegm, etc.) To evaluate pediatric whooping cough capsuleretention enema clinical efficacy of treatment of bronchiolitis (acute phase) of; thus provingthe experimental study on the feasibility of, and to the promotion of a wide range of methodsto clinical practice.Method: In this study,60cases were in children hospitalized children from the PediatricHospital of Jilin Province, and in accordance with bronchiolitis (acute phase) of Westerndiagnostic criteria and TCM diagnostic criteria, preclude the use of randomized, controlledmethod,60patients were divided into treatment group and the control group, the treatmentgroup of30patients in the control group of30patients, two groups were given conventionalWestern medicine symptomatic treatment, the treatment group on the basis of symptomatictreatment, whooping cough in children given capsules retention enema, seven days for acourse of treatment, were observed in before and after the treatment of symptoms and signs(one course), efficacy evaluation.Result: The data were statistically analyzed before and after treatment, pediatricwhooping cough capsule retention enema bronchiolitis (acute phase) a significant effect.(1)the treatment group, the total efficiency of96.7%in the treatment group than the controlgroup (P <0.05).(2) before and after treatment in the treatment of the symptoms and signsdisappeared time group than for the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Whooping cough in children using capsule retention enema treatment ofbronchiolitis acute phase, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs inchildren with acute phase, this method no significant adverse reactions and side effects, andenvironmental protection, and effective, can be widely used in clinical.
