The Clinical Observation Of Treating Salpingitis Obstrue Infetility Through Retention Enema Fu Yan Ling

It is commonly encountered disease in department of gynecology that salpingitis obstruction infertility and the disease is more and more in recent years. Some patients have been treated by traditional Chinese Medicine adopting a group of method, good effects have been gained. This article elaborates systematically the pathogeny and therapy development of this disease from both sides of mordern medicine and traditional Chinese Medicine. Fu Yan Ling was prepared by Professor Hou Lihui my tutor, and was applied cliniclally in the salpingitis obstruction infertility.After curing the patients of the vaginitis and cervicitis, we would treat them with the following methods. We adopted the method of quikening the blood and transforming stasis, freeing the channels and quickening the network vessels to treat 31 patients (we made use of Fu Yan Ling to retention enema) as control group (we made use of Kang Fu Xiao Yan Suppository ). We observed the tubal patent and pregnency.It is concluded that Fu Yan Ling is reliably effication in the treatment of salpingitis obstruent infertility. It is reported the conception rate of Fu Yan Ling is 54.84%, and its effect was prior to the control group.This clinical study chose the observable indexes and then evaluated objectively the curative effect of the drug, discussing its function as well. It turned out that it was an effective method of treating salpingitis obstruent infertility that quikening the blood and transformingstasis, freeing the channels and quickening the network vessels.
