Purpose:Through clinical observation study, allow an objective evaluation of xiaoketangtreating diabetis of deficiency of qi and yin with blood stasis syndromes: clinical efficacy andsafety of traditional Chinese medicine, and improve symptoms, improve lipid metabolism andother aspects of the advantages of Chinese medicine in treating diabetic evaluation, to providea new thinking.Method: These cases come from the Changchun University of Traditional ChineseMedicine Affiliated Hospital and the Nanzheng Professor studio. The research adopts to therandom comparison’s method:the curing group taking xiaoketang,while the contrast grouptaking the yuquan granules5g, four times a day. Every period of treatment is fourweeks,observing3periods, and compare two groups before and after treatment of symptoms,signs,2hours of FpG and glucose, then to determine the efficacy.Result: The treatment group’s total effective rate was83.3%, on the contrary the anothergroup, the total efficiency of60.0%, the treatment group in the clinical symptoms,glucosemetabolism and lipid metabolism were better than the control group;the treatment groupbefore and after experment and the urine routine,liver function,electrocardiogram,renalfunction and no abnormal change,security can be proved that this formula medicine.Conclusion: Diabetes decoction has obvious therapeutic effect on diabetis of deficiencyof qi and yin with blood stasis syndromes and signs, and can effectively reduce blood glucose,improve lipid metabolism disorders, this medicine have no toxic or side effects, the clinicalworth further research and popularization.
