Purpose through the system research on systolic blood pressure sizing tourniquet pressure, looking for the relationship, research on the application of the clinical orthopedic surgery.Methods summarize the first people’s hospital of jining tourniquet application in 2013.10-2014.10 orthopaedic surgery clinical curative effect. Full set of 200 cases with half year orthopaedic surgery,98 cases of upper limb research, including a tourniquet pressure, 300 mmHg systolic blood pressure value add80 mmHg and 100 mmHg and 150 mmHg, lower limbs in102 cases, among them a tourniquet pressure,400 mmHg systolic blood pressure value add 100 mmHg and 180 mmHg and 250 mmHg.Result Full set of 200 cases of orthopedic surgery were discharged from hospital. Postoperative limb pain in 32 cases,8 cases of neural function in patients with abnormal body normal tracking are in 3 month.Conclusion there are relationship, systolic blood pressure and pressure tourniquet is guidance for orthopaedic surgery clinical application.
