The Influence Of DL-3N-butyphthalide On The Level Of BDNF VEGF BFGF And The Clinical Curative Effect In Patients With Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective To explore the influence of dl-3n-butyphthalide(NBP) on the level of Vascularendothelial growth factor(VEGF),Brain-derived neural neurotrophic factor(BDNF),(Basic fibroblast growth factor) b FGF,the condition degree of correlation between the serum levels of BDNF,VEGF,b FGF and the severity of patients with acute ischemic stroke(ACI),the clinical curative effect and the mechanism of NBP.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute ischemic stroke(ACI) were randomly divided into the foundation treatment group(18 females and 22 males) and the NBP treatment group(19 females and 21 males),and no stroke control group(20 females and 20 males) come from the medical center.the foundation treatment group and the control group received conventional treatment, but the NBP treatment group received dl-3n-butyphthalide(NBP) on the basis of conventional treatment, Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure serum levels of the BDNF,VEGF,b FGF.Observed the clinical efficacy,the adverse reaction and the expression of VEGF、BDNF、b FGF in patients with ACI after the treatment for 10 days. according to the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS score) and Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL score) to assess the degree of neurological impairment of the patients with ACI after 10 days.Results(1)the expression of BDNF,VEGF,b FGF level of the NBP treatment group(3.96±0.84ng/ml,230.13±60.20 pg/ml,8.17±1.91 μg/ml) and the foundation treatment group(4.01±0.70 ng /ml, 236.60± 34.34 pg /ml,7.94±1.71μg/ml) had no statistical significance before the treatment(P>0.05),but The expression of VEGF,BDNF,b FGF level of the NBP treatment group and the foundation treatment were significantly higher than the control group(1.99±0.47ng/ml,160.24±42.20 pg/ ml,4.37±1.43 μg/ml)(P <0.05).(2)The expression of VEGF,BDNF,b FGF level of the NBP treatment group(5.72±0.48ng/ml,517.29±89.27pg/ml,14.67±2.96 μg/ml) and the foundationt treatment group(4.62± 0.36ng/ ml,412.3 8±36.35pg/ml, 10.24±3.08μg/ml) were significantly higher after the treatment(P <0.05),and the level of the NBP treatment group was more significantly increased than the foundation treatment group(P <0.05).but the control group(2.00±0.46ng/ml,161.00±40.20 pg/ml,4.54±1.36 μg/ml) had no statistical significance than before(P>0.05).(3)The NIHSS scores of the NBP treatment group(6.12±3.24 scores) VIIand the foundation treatment group(5.88±3.39scores) had no statistical significance before the treatment(P>0.05),the NIHSS scores of the NBP treatment group(1.65±1.35 score s)and the foundation treatment group(3.55±1.45 scores)were significantly lower than before afte the treatment(P < 0.05),and the NBP treatment group were more significantly decreased than the foundation treatment group,(P <0.05).(4)The ADL scores of the NBP treatment group(30.6±15.9scores) and the foundation treatment group(31.2±15.1scores) had no statistical significance before the treatment(P>0.05),The ADL scores of the NBP treatment group(64.5±15.3scores) and the foundation treatment group(53.8±15.1scores) were significantly higher than before afte the treatment(P < 0.05),and the NBP treatment group were more significantly increased than the foundation treatment group, the differences had statistical significances(P <0.05).(5)The serum levels of BDNF,VEGF,b FGF were positively correlated with the severity of the acute ischemic stroke patients before the treatment(r=0.8627,P<0.05).the rise of serum BDNF,VEGF,b FGF levels difference were positively correlated with the recovery of acute cerebral infarction ischemic stroke patients after the treatment(r =0.8347,P<0.05).(6)The patients of the NBP treatment group,the foundation treatment group and the control group had not adverse reaction after the treatment. Conclusion(1) The serum levels of BDNF,VEGF,b FGF were positively correlatedwith the severity of the acute ischemic stroke patients after theonset.(2) The Curative effect of the dl-3n-butyphthalide was safely andeffectively,which may through increase the level of VEGF、BDNF、b FGF to improve the prognosis of patients with ACI.
