| Purpose: Observation of acupuncture combined with viscera figure acupuncture method treating insomnia(heart lienal two empty type) clinical curative effect.Method:60 patients met the diagnostic criteria of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chang chun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected in this paper,in accordance with the time of treatment were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group for acupuncture combined viscera figure acupunc ture method for treatment, the control group were given acupuncture treatment,results were observed after two courses.Result: The treatment group and the control group in sex(P > 0.05), age(P > 0.05), duration(P > 0.05), Athens, the amount of sleep that the table, above a few treatment of P > 0.05, suggesting that treatment group and the control group have comparability. In the two groups after treatment compared to Arsenal, the amount of sleep surface integral(P < 0.05), sleep rate(P < 0.05), symptom score(P < 0.05) and prompt treatment group and the control group by treatment after the above aspects were improved. Between two groups after treatment compared to Arsenal, the amount of sleep surface integral(P < 0.05), sleep rate(P < 0.05), symptom score(P < 0.05), the total effective rate(P < 0.05), the recurrence rate(P < 0.05) and acupuncture combined with viscera figure acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of the contrast group.Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with acupoint pressing therapy for insomnia viscera map(heart lienal two empty type) can effectively improve the patients with sleep rate,reduce the patient Assens sleep scale integration, overall effect is better than simple acupuncture groups,can effectively improve the quality of sleep in patients with,it is worth for clinical application. |
