Objective: Is to establish a simple, convenient and can be copied, easy to master and decrease the mortality of experimental animals, fewer complications, postoperative transplanted kidney function is not affected by the surgical technique of rat kidney transplantation model, three kinds of microsurgical vascular suture technique of comparative study.Materials and methods: 60 healthy SD rats, 60 male inbred Wistar rats. Were randomly divided into three groups, SD rats of renal transplantation, Wistar rats as donor renal transplantation. A group of operation used in arterial anastomosis, continuous suture anastomosis of vein; cases in group B by stent continuous suture anastomosis of artery and stent continuous suture anastomosis of vein. In group C, operation by stent interrupted anastomosis of the artery, stent by continuous suture with kiss vein. Urinary tract reconstruction with part of the ureter bladder flap andrecipient bladder anastomosis. Through analysis of three groups of transplantation immediate patency rate, operation time, renal cold ischemia time,renal function and complication occurrence that stable and reliable vascular anastomosis methods.Results:The first : a comparison of surgical techniques and complicationsDat a:Group A(set into group): arterial anastomosis time(5.88 + 0.78) min, the immediate patency rate 100%, cold ischemia time(48.8 + 1.96) min and the complications, anastomotic leakage of blood, thrombosis and anastomotic stenosis.Group B(stent continuous suture group): arterial anastomosis time(8.0 + 0.82) min, the immediate patency rate 100%, cold ischemia time for(50.21 + 1.27) min and the complications, anastomotic leakage of blood.Group C(stent interrupted suture group): arterial anastomosis time(13.54 + 0.7) min, the immediate patency rate 100%, cold ischemia time for(54.81 + 1.17) min and complications include anastomotic leak blood.Statistical comparison:Arterial anastomosis time: stent continuous suture group and stent interrupted suture group was significantly longer than that in the group.(P<0.05), ★ t=-8.244,△t=-30.754,with statistical significance.Renal cold ischemia time: stent continuous suture group and stent interrupted suture group was significantly longer than that of casing group.(P<0.05), ★t=-2.376,△t=-13.782,with statistical significance.Incidence of complications: casing method group was significantly higher than that of the stent continuous suture group and stent suture group and support continuous suture legal group and stent suture group had little difference.Second: After transplantation of rat kidney function test resultsDategroup A(in group): 256.5 + 30.12 umol/L of creatinine, urea nitrogen of 12.33 + 10.26 umol/L;Group B(stent continuous suture group): 92.8 + 21.77 umol/L of creatinine, urea nitrogen of 9.32 + 7.22 umol/L;Group C(stent interrupted suture group): 93.5 + 22.696 umol/L of creatinine, urea nitrogen 9..67 + 7.65umol/L;Statistical comparison: In the group of creatinine index should be higher than the other two groups(P<0.05), ★t= 30.854,△t= 31.051, with statistical significance. In the group of urea nitrogen were higher than the other two groups(P<0.05),★ t=7.954, △t=8.573, with statistical significance. Support continuous suture and support discontinuous joint legal group, the renal function difference,(P > 0.05),■ t = 548, ■t = 215.8, does not have statistical significance.Conclusion: Rat renal transplant artery end to end bracket anastomosis in all respects than set into the kiss method has advantages, and stent anastomosis, continuous suture and interrupted suture no special difference. Endovascular stent kiss method to establish the rat model of renal transplantation and surgery has the advantages of less time consuming, less complication, high success rate, graft function non small immune effect...
