Study On The Clinical Experience Of Medication For Chronic Cholecystitis

Objective:This paper studied the clinical experience of medication of professor Xie Jingri for chronic cholecystitis, and to provide an accurate treatment basis and drug experience for the treatment of chronic cholecystitis with Chinese medicine.Method:I collected 317 outpatient cases of Professor Xie Jingri in treatment of chronic cholecystitis, and analyze single drug usage, drug efficacy,and si qi five flavours, meridian, syndrome differentiation type statistically with Microsoft Excel 2010. Through the statiscally analysis, I summarize the clinical experience and drug law of professor Xie Jingri in treatment of chronic cholecystitis.Results:In this study, we found a total of 96 kinds of drugs were used for 5335 times altogether. Within the drugs, bupleurum,radix curcumae, lysimachia christinae Hance, fingered citron,fructus aurantii,rhizoma cyperi,roasted Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, endothelium corneum gigeriae galli,Poria cocos,Astragalus membranaceus were used most frequently. From the drug’s efficacy, qi-regulating, tonify deficiency medicine,damp-clearing drug,blood-quickening stasis-transforming medicine, heat-clearing drugs were used most frequently. From the five flavours of drugs, the temperature and cold drugs were used most frequently; Bitter,Xin,sweet medicine were used with high frequency. From the drug meridian, drugs for spleen treatment were used in the highest frequency, followed by drugs for the liver treatment and stomach treatment. In this study, syndrome differentiation is divided into five categories:125 cases of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,95 cases of wetness-heat of liver and gallbladder syndrome,55 cases of Hepatobiliary Qi stagnation,23 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,19 cases of Liver Yin deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:1. To liver and gallbladder qi, spleen and stomach were the main guidance in the chronic cholecystitis treatment, combining the use of the drugs that can remove the heat and dampness, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis according to the syndrome.2.The common typies for Chronic cholecystitis are liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome, wetness-heat of liver and gallbladder syndrome, Hepatobiliary Qi stagnation, qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, Liver Yin deficiency syndrome.3.commonly used drugs:bupleurum,radix curcumae,lysimachia christinae Hance, fingered citron,fructus aurantii, rhizoma cyperi,roasted Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, endothelium corneum gigeriae galli,Poria cocos,Astragalus membranaceus.
