The Analysis Of Clinical Effect Of Dexamethasone Combined With RhTPO In The Treatment Of ITP

Objective:Observation of high dose of dexamethasone(DEX) combined with rhTPO in immune thrombocytopenia effect.Method:The treated patients were divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group uses large doses of dexamethasone combined with rhTPO, the control group uses the treatment of large dose of dexamethasone, curative effect comparison. Result: Therapeutic effect in the near future,80% patients effective in treatment group,68.75% patients effective in the control group,no significant difference.After 3 months of follow-up,16 cases in the control groupStill in follow-up,9 cases continued effective,7 cases Invalid.13 cases in theThe treatment group Still in follow-up,8 cases continued effective,5 cases Invalid, no significant difference between two group;After 6 months of follow-up,13 cases in the treatment group Still in follow-up,8 cases continued effective,5 cases Invalid,14 patients in the control group Still in follow-up,8 cases continued effective,6 cases Invalid,whether it is the total efficiency rate was CR rate, the treatment group were higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant between two groups (P> 0.05).Two group of patients adverse reactions were mild.Conclusion:the high dose of dexamethasone combined with rhTPO treatment of immune thrombocytopenia can improve therapeutic effect, but the long-term effect is not obvious difference.
