Objective:The purpose of the study was to summarize the characteristics of cellular and humoral immunity in children with EFE,and to explore the role of cellular and humoral immunity in the pathogenesis of EFE. Methods:One hundred and twelve subjects with EFE were diagnosed and observed. The IgG、IgM、IgA、C3、C4 levels were detected by velocity scatter turbidimetry. The levels of T lymphocyte subsets, and B cells were analyze by flow cytometry.Chi-aquare test independent t-test and Spearman analysis were adopted to analyze data. Results:112 cases of endocardial fibroelastosis in children, combined with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) decreased to 73 cases, LVEF 39 cases did not decline, decline in LVEF group were treated with IVIG for 59 cases. left ventricular ejection fraction decreased positively correlated with CD8, and negatively correlated with IgG, CD4/CD8 (P<0.01); endocardial fibroelastosis after treatment the immunology indexes recovered 1 years to control group. Conclusion:Endocardial fibroelastosis there were cellular and humoral immune function disorder, are involved in the pathogenesis of endocardial fibroelastosis, the heart function improved significantly, that immune disorder present in children with endocardial fibroelastosis, this immune dysfunction is reversible.
