Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Mild- To-Moderate Depression For Yuan-Primary And Luo-Connecting Needing Method

Purpose:To observe the Yuan and Luo acupuncture therapy efficacy of milddepression. Providing a new method for the clinical treatment of depression.Methods:The patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups of patients were selected for oral Prozac, observation group Yuanluo pass through acupuncture therapy, the control group using conventional textbooks Eleventh Five-Point Selection treatment, continuous treatment for 4 weeks,comparison of efficacy between the two groups. Respectively before and after treatment in patients with Hamilton depression rating scale 17, SDS, HAMD, HAMA-14,According to evaluate the efficacy of two groups of points rate distributionand calculate the efficient.ResultsrThe original network pass through the needle method is more effective than traditional acupuncture methods to improve mild to moderate depressive symptoms.The treatment group total effective rate was 86.67%, The control group total effective rate was 73.33%. Curative effect distribution has a significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:Yuan and luo acupuncture therapycan be used for the medium and the treatment of patients with mild depression. More than the traditional acupuncture methods can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with mild and moderate depression. For the future application of acupuncture treatment of depression provides effective, safe and reliable theoretical basis.
