Objective:To discuss the cerebral activation effect when acupuncturing Jinggu Point and its corresponding non-point by the application of functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI), verify the specificity of point, and prove that there is specific rules between point and brain.Thereby provide scientific and reasonable imaging basis for acupuncture therapy of clinic disease. Methods:Choosing 24 healthy male master degree candidates as subjects. Acupuncture their right Jinggu Point and corresponding non-point respectively and collecte the functional magnetic images of "rest-acupuncture" task portion by using 3.0T magnetic resonance. The acquired scanning data were processed and analyzed by statistical parametric mapping software SPM12 in MATLAB 2014a.The results between two groups were analyzed by using single sample t-test,to get the cerebral active regions of acupunctured Jinggu Point and its corresponding non-point.Result:1、Acupuncturing Jinggu point mainly activate neurohypophysis on the left side、 clivis、central sulcus、precentral gyrus、middle frontal gyrus on the right side、 inferior frontal gyrus、medial frontal gyrus on the left side.2、Acupuncturing Jinggu point mainly deactivate neurohypophysis on the right side、tonsil of cerebellum、 limbic lobe on the left side、parahippocampal gyrus、 occipital lobe on the left posterolateral side、fusiform gyrus% corpus callosum、 frontal medial lobe on the right side、 limbic lobe、 anterior cingutate (BA32)、 middle frontal gyrus(BA9、10)、caudate nucleus on the left side.3、Acupuncturing the corresponding non-point mainly activate insular lobe on the left side% parietal lobe、posterior central gyrus (BA40)、frontal lobe、superior temporal gyrus on the right side、frontal lobe on the right side、precentral gyrus、inferior frontal gyrus、parietal lobe on the right side% supramarginal gyrus、posterior central gyrus、inferior frontal gyrus on the right side、middle frontal gyrus on the right side% medial frontal gyrus on the left side(BA6)、 limbic lobe、cingutate.4、Acupuncturing the corresponding non-point mainly deactivate limbic lobe on the left side、hippocampal gyrus、superior temporal gyrus on the left side、 middle occipital gyrus on the right side、parietal lobe on the left side.Conclusion:1、Compared with corresponding non-point,when acupuncturing Jinggu Point, the distribution is relatively concentrated and disciplinary in both active regions and deactive regions, which reflects the specificity of point and the specific relationship between point and cerebrum.2、Acupuncture subjects, one side Jinggu Point can cause multiple activation in both sides of cerebrum, which present the distribution of channels not only has ipsilateral nerve fiber domination phenomenon, but also has the contralateral crossover phenomenon.3、The brain functional region which is activated by acupuncturing Jinggu Point takes charge in afference of somatosensory impulse, and acupuncturing this point may cure myofascial fiber woven inflammation that can reflect the far cure effect of point.4、Acupuncturing Jinggu Point has analgestic effect, which may be concern with the regulation of HPA axis by acupunturing.
