Clinical Observation Of Three Nasal Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis

Object:Through the observation of nasal three stitches is given priority to with oral loratadine treatment of allergic rhinitis curative effect comparison, to find a solution to the clinical effective of treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:60 patients with allergic rhinitis patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into acupuncture group method with an oral medication group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group acupoints: Yintang, Shangbitong (Custom), Tongtian, Quchi, Zusanli,after the gas needle 30min, once a day, six days for a course, one day interval between each course, a total treatment 2 treatment. The control group was treated with loratadine tablets, standard of 10 mg per tablet, a day, seven days for a course, taking a total of two courses. Two groups of patients were at the end of the first day of treatment calculated TNSS ratings, reviews immediate effect; 7 and 14 days after treatment evaluation of patients with nasal symptoms (TNSS), signs and quality of life (RQLQ) changes; at the end of treatment 1 month, RQLQ changes in the patient’s evaluation. The resulting data using SPSS 19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1. For first days in patients treated with nasal symptoms improved significantly better than the control group (P< 0.05); 2. After two courses of treatment, quality of life, physical signs and symptoms of the two groups of patients were significantly improved after treatment (P< 0.05), but in patients with signs of improvement in treatment group better than in control group (P< 0.05); 3. One month after the end of treatment of the two groups of patients quality of life were significantly higher than those before treatment (P< 0.05), and the treatment group than the control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1. Three nose needle and oral loratadine can improve nasal symptoms, signs and the quality of life in patients with allergic rhinitis; efficacy is better than loratadine;2. Nose three needles in the treatment of allergic rhinitis; immediate effect and long-term effect is better than the western medicine loratadine;3. The immediate effect and long term effects of three nasal needle in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is better than western medicine loratadine.
