The Influence Of Quzao Lipid-Lowering Capsule On TC,LDI-C Level Of Patients With Primary Hyperlipidemia

Objective: To observe the effect of QuZao lipid-lowering capsule on the TC and LDL-C levels of primary hyperlipidemic patients with phlegm and blood stasis type,so as to make preliminary evaluation on the clinical application of efficacy and safety and lay a foundation for phase III clinical trials.Methods:All 30 patients were from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine, all patients were included in the standard and signed informed consent.The 30 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Adopt the method of randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled clinical research. The treatment group was treated with the capsule of the QuZao,3 capsules/times,3 times/day,oral;the control group received placebo.4 weeks for a course of treatment,sustained 3 courses.The levels of serum lipids TC,LDL-C and renal function (BUN,Cr) and CK were recorded before and after the test,and the allergic reactions and adverse events occurred at the same time.Result:Compared with the control group,treatment group after taking the capsule serum TC,LDL-C level difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum Cr,BUN and CK between the treatment group and the control group after taking the capsule (P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)QuZao lipid-lowering capsule can reduce serum TC,LDL-C level.(2) QuZao lipid-lowering capsule has no effect on Cr,BUN and CK.
