| Objective:Analysis of children died in hospital and the cause of the cause of death, to find the main disease to seriously affect children’s health, the cause of death during the 5 years composition and the change trend of sequence, understand the cause of child deaths disease trends, work for hospitals to strengthen the department disease diagnosis and treatment for children, the reasonable resources allocation, to reduce child mortality under 16 in xinjiang region, the prevention measures to provide a scientific basis.Methods:In the study of xinjiang medical university first affiliated record room 2009-2013 hospitalized children under 16 deaths as the research object, were retrospectively analyzed, the cause of death classification according to the international classification of diseases (ICD-10) standard classification, such as, there are two or more than two diagnosis, to discharge the first diagnosis as the cause of death statistics, database, set up by using the MicrosoftExcel2007 for the statistical analysis by SPSS 17.0.Results:During the five years 62351 cases of hospitalized children under the age of 16,279 cases of death, one boy in 150 cases,129 cases of the girls, the source of city 169, rural 108, expatriates in 2 cases, the cause of the top level of the main to neonatal disease proportion is the largest, second, tumor, respiratory infections, congenital anomalies accident harm.Conclusion:Mainly affects children’s physical and mental health in our diseases have accounted for the largest percentage of neonatal disease, followed by respiratory infections, congenital malformations, tumor, accidental injury, etc. Ariations according to the characteristics of different age has different composition. Xinjiang belongs to remote areas in China, traffic, economic level affect children’s clinic cure in time, in rural areas of death disease with no obvious difference was found between cities. Men more deaths than women, the cause of death constitute no obvious difference. |
