Objective:to evaluate early cervical cancer of patients undergoing Radical Trachelectomy (RT) treatment and Radical hysterectomy (RH) 5-year survival rate of postoperative 5-year disease-free survival rate, and infra-operative complications, blood transfusion rate, and Radical resection of the cervical pregnancy outcome. Methods:PubMed database, the Cochrane library, the ISI Web of Knowledge, OVID, Web science, Ebsco medline, super star Medalink, wangfang and CNKI database and other databases were searched, and hand searching of relevant journals was supplemented to search related literatures up to September 2014,325article relevant literature ware collected, controlled trials included in standard cases, divided into the experimental group RT (Radical Trachelectomy) and control group RH (Radical hysterectomy), and the revman5.2 software was used for Meta-analysis,and descriptive analysis was used for no controlled clinical research data. Results:Due to no clinical randomized controlled trials,8 case-control studies and 45 no controlled clinical studies had been selected, meta-analysis results showed that there were no significance differences between radical trachelectomy and radical hysterectomy in 5-year disease-free survival rate (OR=0.94,95%CI:(0.5-1.78), P=0.85), the 5-year survival rate (OR=0.67,95%CI:(0.27-1.67), P=0.39) and postoperative complications (OR=0.65,95%CI:(0.41-1.02), P=0.6), but the differences the rate of blood transfusion (OR=033,95%CI:(0.21-0.51),P=0.00001) and intra-operative complications (OR=1.95, 95%CI:(1.09-3.47), P=0.02) were significant, the blood transfusion rate was lower than those of radical hysterectomy, intra-operative complication is higher than radical hysterectomy, But no significant postoperative complications. No controlled clinical research literature statistical results show that, after radical trachelectomy, attempt pregnancy cases is 601 people, pregnancy cases times is 531 times, live birth times is 369 times, the pregnancy rate was 88%, and the live birth rate was 69%.Conclusions:radical trachelectomy with fertility requirements for young patients with early cervical cancer is a safe and effective choice, at the same time, to solve the problem of lesions and keep the patient’s fertility, and improving the quality of life of early cervical cancer in young patients.
