Objective:Using two different modeling methods, to constructing the rabbit model of spinal tuberculosis successfully, through the ADC values compare different multi-b values and analyzed the region of interest (ROI) of different selection methods, to explore its value in clinical diagnosis. Methods:Surgery rabbit experiment-al model and divided into two groups according to whether infection, lesion group(40) and control group (20), and according to different methods of surgical by the way into four groups, lesion group A (20), lesion group B (20), control group A(10) and group B (10), after 4,6,8,10 weeks, get on check of b value (b=0s/mm2,50s/mm2, 100s/mm2,500s/mm2,600s/mm2,800s/mm2, 1000s/mm2) DWI and rebuild ADC image, calculate the ADC value and compared two groups in different periods, while in the same lesion group selection different ROI methods, to determinate critical point and draw ROC curves, comparing different methods in the diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis of sensitivity and specificity. Results:(1) The two surgical methods have statistically significant difference (P<0.05), Group A relatively higher success rate than group B, while at the same time, there is significant difference between lesions and the control group about ADC value (P<0.05); in addition to ADCiow value and ADChigh values, the ADC3b value, ADC7b values and ADCperf values were statistically significant difference (P<0.05); (2) There have significant difference in different periods about the lesion groups ADC7b, ADC3b and ADCperf values; (3) The same disease, two different methods about select the ROI have no significant difference (P<0.05), but multiple areas ROI have higher ADC values, between the two groups there are significant differences, either single or multiple area (P<0.05). Conclusion:Successful selection of spinal tuberculosis vaccnation method, use MRI of multi-b value DWI sequence is superior to others, and use-d short time, that can as a ideal method of diagnosis, but if choose the right ROI method, there will provide the more importantly basis for early clinical diagnosis o-f spinal tuberculosis.
