Objective Comparison of X-ray, CT, MRI in the diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis in the three value,Three imaging methods of correspondence between the clinical practitioners to enhance the comprehensive understanding of spinal tuberculosis, and diagnosis. Methods Collected 126 cases diagnosed by pathology and surgery in patients with spinal tuberculosis for the imaging data,Including: X-ray, CT, MRI, 33 patients had complete imaging data,X-ray comparative study, CT, MRI in the diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis in three values. Results 126 patients collected information: There are 8 cases of cervical tuberculosis, 51 cases of thoracic spinal tuberculosis, 67 cases of spinal tuberculosis, of which 25 cases of thoracic and lumbar joint disease, lumbosacral vertebrae in 12 cases. 126 patients, 122 patients had vertebral body destruction,115 patients had disc space narrowing or even disappear, damage, 101 patients had paravertebral abscess, 88 patients had spinal stenosis, or even degeneration of spinal cord compression. 126 patients, 126 routine X-ray film, 66 routine of the CT, 85 had a routine MRI.Conclusion 1. X-ray film is a commonly used method, which can generally observe the occurrence of tuberculosis of spine area, spine with or without post-conflict, conflict lateral deformity, if there are changes in the intervertebral space pathology.2. CT can clearly show that lesions in the sequestrum, and calcification.3. MRI within body tissues for water, protein content changes with very high sensitivity, the vertebral body destruction, intervertebral disc involvement, paraspinal abscess, spinal involvement and other pathological changes of spinal tuberculosis, MRI can also clear Show, therefore, relative to the X-ray and CT terms, MRI has the advantage of early diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis and to determine the extent of disease and so on.4. In short, X-ray, CT and MRI have their own characteristics, in clinical work, three comprehensive analysis of spinal tuberculosis for diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of great significance.
