The Clinical Application Of Video-assisted Thoracoscopic In The Secondary Blood-stopping Patients

Objective:Compared with patients undergoing open thoracotomy, assess the clinical application of Video-assisted thoracoscopic in secondary blood-stopping patients.Method: Retrospective analyses of 90 patients who have got a postoperative bleeding after thoracic surgery from April 2010 to April 2015 were performed.90 patients include 60 male patients and 30 female patients.44 patients undergoing Video-assisted thoracoscopic while 46 patients undergoing open thoracotomy. The length of operation, laborabtory index and quality of life between two groups were compared. To assess clinical application of taking two kinds of operations in different reasons of postoperative bleeding.Result: All patients got successful homeostasis, nobody have been dead during hospitalization. Length of operation: the video-assisted thoracoscopic(55±7)min had a shorter time than the open thoracotomy(76±10)min, a significantly difference; Complication : The high-sensitivity C-reative protein was singnificant enhanced after operation in both, but it was lower in the video-assisted thoracoscopic group than in conventional one(p<0.05).Physical well-being and functional well-being were much better in the video-assisted thoracoscopic group than in the conventional one(p<0.05).Conclusion : Compared with open thoracotomy, Video-assisted thoracoscopic get shorter length of operation, less surgical trauma and complication. Video-assisted thoracoscopic have advantages in chest wall hemorrhage, intercostals space, ribs and cupula pleurae with exact effect. Open thoracotomy have advantages in patients who got large bleeding bolume and need large operating space.
