Objective:Use apoptosis imaging by small molecule probe of 18F-labeled 2-(5-fluoropentyl)-2-methyl malonic acid PET/CT, that observe the early apoptosis and distribution for cyberknife treatment of intracranialtumors. Preliminary assessment of the feasibility of molecular imaging and apoptosis response of intracranial tumors、stability and security in 18F-ML-10. Methods:Selection intracranialtumors was diagnosed in the people’s liberation army general hospital and protocol Cyberknife stereotactic radiotherapy patients. Informed consent signed for clinical trials. According to the patient selection criteria. Twenty patients with intracranialtumors treated with Cyberknife at 14-24 Gy in 1-3 daily fractions were enrolled in this trial. Early treatment induced changes in tumor 18F-ML-10 uatake on the PET/CT apoptosis imaging in Before and post the therapy. To observe the image effect, measure standardized Uptake Value(SUVmean.SUVmax) and G-Humean. G-Humean. Measure G-HUmean N-Humean of normal brain in 300mm2 area of frons without Lesions and edema. Measure the tumor volume between before and early after CK treatment by MRI. Assessment of early apoptosis changes and differences in quantitative andqualitative data by Molecular imaging and standardized uptake Value. Pay attention to the patients with vital signs of change between entire process. Reaults:The group of twenty one patients were included,Two patients give up review with brain metastases.Complete preoperative and postoperative 18F-ML-10 PET/CT apoptosis imaging for 20 cases. Measured standardized UptakeValue(SUVmean.SUVmax)、 G-Humean、N-SUVmean and N-Humean. Calculate G/N-SUVmean and tumor Volume.etc Statistical analysis in SPSS17.0.P<0.05 for inspection standards. On the basis of the above data, The statistical results:Administration dosage、G-Humean、N-SUVmean and N-Humean between before and early after CK treatment。P<0.005,GTV、GTV-SUVmax、G-SUVmean、 G/N-SUVmean,P<0.0005.GTV、GTV-SUVmax、G-SUVmean of the extent of later changes were no relevantby correlation analysis.8 cases of metastatic tumors can be divided into separate groups and other tumors automatically divided into a group. No statistical difference.Box figure analysis:The group of third ventricle tumor group have better radiation curative effect.The group of cavernous hemangioma have the larger SUV.Follow-up the main symptoms of and signs that have no abnormal.Conclutions:1.The 18 f-ML-10 PET/CT examination,that have apoptosis specific imaging clearly. Easy to obtain high quality imaging information and is easy to identify in Visual analysis. Have a good degree of differentiation and anatomical location accurately. To solve the traditional imaging lag effect of the assessment, and is predictive for the occurrence of tumor.2. Apoptosis imaging that can predict early curative effect for CK radiotherapy through PET/CT.Better for determination principle of clinical individualized treatment。PET imaging of a small-molecule probe for apoptosis in humans. In this study, The observed 18F-ML-10 with respect to biodistribution、safety, stability in vivo.3. Prove the CK radiotherapy have good therapeutic effect and security.
