ObjectiveThe main purpose of this study is to YIQi Sheng Qing Capsule in treating essential hypotension(Qi and yin deficiency type) were conducted to evaluate the efficacy and safety, to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of Primary Hypotension disease, TCM convenience, cheap and effective characteristics.MethodThe selected 120 patients were 2013.9-2014.9 in Shanxi Province Chinese medicine hospital outpatient and ward treatment, western medicine for the diagnosis of Primary Hypotension disease, TCM Syndromes Differentiation for vertigo(Qi and yin deficiency type). All cases were divided into 2 groups, the treatment group 60 cases, be YIQi Sheng Qing Capsule, 60 cases in the control group, be YIQi Sheng Qing Capsule simulation agent, treatment period of 8 weeks. In addition, Qi Qing Capsule in the treatment of Primary Hypotension disease is effective and safety evaluation, from the patients daily blood pressure, 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure, ultrasonic Heartbeat diagram, quality of life score of hemodynamics, and other aspects of the research of TCM syndrome.ResultsComparison of 1 daily blood pressure:(1) before the treatment, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure comparison, the treatment group compared with the control group showed no significant difference(P > 0.05),(2) after the treatment of systolic anddiastolic pressure comparison, the treatment group and the control group with a significant difference(P < 0.05),(3) in treatment group, the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure comparison, before and after the treatment were significant difference(P < 0.01), the control group, the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure comparison, before and after the treatment showed no significant difference(P > 0.05). Explain the treatment group than the control group the pressor effect.Comparison of 2.24 hours ambulatory blood pressure:(1) compared two groups of dynamic blood pressure of the data before treatment, two groups before treatment in patients with 24 h SBP, 24 h DBP, d SBP, d DBP, n SBP, n DBP were no difference(P > 0.05), comparable,(2) after the treatment of two groups of dynamic blood pressure index there was a significant difference(P < 0.05),(3) a comparison group of dynamic blood pressure all indexes in the treatment, before and after the treatment table there is a significant difference between the control group dynamic blood pressure, each index is compared, no significant difference(P > 0.05). Improve the quality of life for patients.Comparison of 5 TCM syndrome: comparison of efficacy of TCM symptoms, the cure rate of the treatment group was 28.33%, the total effective rate was 93.33%, the cure rateof the control group was 3.33%, the total effective rate was 21.67%, the two groups had significant difference(P < 0.05). Comparison of TCM symptom total score,(1)compared two groups of TCM syndromes before treatment, no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(2) compared two groups of TCM syndrome integral after treatment(P < 0.05), in the improvement of TCM syndrome integral, the treatment group than the control group.(3) before and after treatment, treatment groups(P < 0.01). Before and after treatment, compared to the control group, no significant difference(P > 0.05). Explain the treatment group can improve TCM syndrome integral, but the control group had no obvious improvement.6 patients in the two groups of blood, urine, stool routine, and liver and kidney function before and after the treatment were not abnormal changes, show that Yiqi Shengqing Capsule in the treatment of primary hypotension is safe and effective.ConclusionYiqi Shengqing Capsule on Primary Hypotension disease(Qi and yin deficiency type) clinical curative effect, from the clinical confirmed by supplementing qi and nourishing yin method is one of effective method for treating this disease.
