| Objective: Observe the clinical curative effect of kidney type TanNing metastatic bone tumors which is treated by traditional Chinese medicinal decoction for kidney-tonifying and phlegm-removing combined with azole phosphonic acid.Methods: Choose 60 patients with metastatic bone tumors accord to inclusion criteria. We Will choose 60 cases according to the rule of distribution of randomized, controlled, points into the treatment group and control group respectively, 30 cases in each group. Treatment group will be given daily oral from medicinal broth of traditional Chinese medicines based on principles of kidney and phlegm method 1 time in the morning and night, and at the same time combined azole phosphonic acid injection intravenous drip, 1 times every four weeks; While the control group only received azole to phosphonic acid injection intravenous drip. Rules were observed after treatment in treatment group and control group patients’ degree of pain relief, the change of quality of life index, TCM symptoms integral, the change of bone metastases, and carry out statistical analysis of results.Results: There are no statistical difference between the treatment group and control group in the primary disease, gender, age, degree of pain, Chinese medicine symptom integral cartesian(KPS) score, etc.,After the trial, patients quality of life index of treatment group 9 cases had marked effect, 18 cases effective, control group 0 cases had marked effect, 9 cases effective, after statistics analysis, there are differences(P < 0.05); Two groups of patients in the TCM symptom integral especially pain had significant difference(P < 0.05); Bone metastases, clinical curative effect of treatment group was slightly higher than that of control group, but there is no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Medicinal broth of traditional Chinese medicines based on principles of kidney and phlegm method combined azole phosphonic acid treatment of metastatic bone tumors, even can completely relieve the pain, improve life quality of patient, improve carr’s score, so as to improve clinical curative effect. |
