A Clinical Research Of Warming Yang And Benefiting Qi Curing Diabetic Nephropathy In The Fourth Stage (Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency)

Objective:Use the method of warming yang and benefiting qi to cure diabetic nephropathy (DN) in the fourth stage, do clinical research, sort out and analyze research data to find a new clinical way of improving the situation of patients with DN and prove that the method is safe and effective, and can reduce the burden of society and family、the rate of disability and mortality. Then provide reliable data to support the method.Method:Divide 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy in the fourth stage into 2 groups i.e. treatment group and control group randomly. Control group:in addition to the base treatment, take valsartan,80mg, once per day. Treatment group:in addition to the method in control group, take decoction of warming yang and benefiting qi 1 agent per day, separately taking in the morning and afternoon. Compare and analyze the changes in the level of Serum creatinine, urea nitrogen,24h urine protein before and after the treatment.Result:The total curative effect of the two groups is analyzed by Ridit analysis, p<0.05. The marked effective rate of the treatment group is 33.33%, which is more than double that of control group in which the marked effective rate is 16.67%, p<0.05; the efficiency rate is 50% in treatment group, while in control group the rate is 46.66%, no significant difference exists; the total efficiency rate in treatment group is 83.33%, and the total efficiency rate in control group is 63.33%, p<0.05; shows that the curative effect in the treatment group is better than that in the control group.Conclusion:the method of warming yang and benefiting qi on DN patients in the fourth stage can apparently and safely reduce the level of albuminuria, slow down the process of renal failure improve clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life, even it has no obvious toxic effects.
