Clinical Observation Of Treating Hemiplegia After Stroke With The Feiteng Bafa With Acupunctur

Purpose: To observe the clinical curative effect of apoplectic sequela by Feiteng Bafa with the conventional acupuncture treatment.Use the Shijian Zhenfa theory for clinical to improve efficiency and improve the life quality of the patients.Method: Select 60 cases of patients,who accord with the stroke of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine standard in acupuncture and surgery department of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Based on the random number sequence, 60 patients were randomly divided into the Feiteng Bafa with the conventional acupuncture treatment group and the conventional acupuncture group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with the patients treatment time(Jishikai Xue) as the main acupoint,Coordinate with Yangming meridians acupoints.Than based on clinical symptoms and dialectical acupoint selection.The control group of acupoints in Yangming Meridian Acupoints,according to clinical symptom and dialectical acupoint selection.Which need four courses of treatment and 7 days for a course of treatment, a course of a day off.Result: According to the neural function defect score(NDS) assessment standard,and the activities of daily living(ADL)assessment standard.After 31 days of therapy, 2 groups have improved,The total effective rate of treatment group is90.00%, the total effective rate of control group is 76.67%.Compare before and after treatment of the 2 groups,the difference was statistically significant.The treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion: After using Feiteng Bafa with the conventional acupuncture treatment and the conventional acupuncture treatment have obvious curative effect.Which can improve the defect degree of the nervous function and daily life ability of the patient.After treatment the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than control group, the defect degree of the nervous function and daily life ability of treatment group obvious improvement than the routine acupuncture group.It is suitable for clinical application.
