【Objective】This thesis is designed to study the correlation,in regard to the Patients suffering from chronic obstructive Pulmonary disease with bronchiectasis.Among CT Bhalla score, clinical symptoms,Pulmonary function,BODE index and other relevant indexes.Besides, the author is aimed at seeking HRCT(high-resolution computed tomography)evaluation method to evaluate chronic obstructive Pulmonary disease with bronchiectasis. In accordance with the research mentioned above to establish iconographical classification and the clinical features of chronic obstructive Pulmonary disease with bronchiectasis.【Methods】This research adopts Prospective clinical case-control study method, and the research objects are the 144 Patients, suffering from chronic obstructive Pulmonary disease in a stable phase, who choose to see a doctor or accept hospitalization of respiratory department in Yunnan Second People’s Hospital or hospital. In addition, the researched Patients’ gender is unlimited. The whole scanning of lungs is conducted through HRCT method at the end of the COPD Patients’ deep breath and when the Patients hold their breath at that moment. Then utilizing the Post-processing software to change the chest CT. According to the visual grading result of CT Bhalla,COPD Patients are divided into two types. And the author compares the differences between the two groups in clinical manifestations,BODE,CAT,Part of the lung function and so on.【Results】There were classified into two Phenotypes according to HRCT findings. A phenotype: COPD absence of bronchiectasis,(72 Patients); B phenotype: Coexisting COPD and bronchiectasis(72Patients).The two phenotypes of COPD showed different characteristics, for example clinical features 、PFT 、CT Bhalla Score、BODE Score and AECOPD.Patients with phenotype B showed a lower age(P =0.015),and a higher BODE Score(P =0.000),a lower PFT(FEV1%,FEV1/FVC%)P<0.05),significantly lower dyspnea(MMRC)(P<0.05),a higher CT Bhalla Score(P =0.000)compared with A phenotype. There were correlations between Bhalla Score and FEV1、FEV1/FVC with the correlation coefficient-0.333,-0.257,respectively. There were Positive correlations between CT Bhalla Score and numbers of AECOPD and numbers of BODE and numbers of MMRC with coefficient of 0.377,0.617, 0.564.There were also Positive correlations between CT Bhalla Score and CAT scores with coefficient 0.372.【Conclusion】1.Based on the classification conducted by CT Bhalla Score of two groups of COPD Patients with different clinical characteristics, the research result shows that younger COPD Patients with bronchiectasis suffer from acute exacerbation more frequently, and the CAT and BODE index scores are higher. The author suggests that it is very necessary for the COPD Patients with bronchiectasis to make active precautionary measures in the early period.2.There is a correlation among CT Bhalla Score and pulmonary function,BODE score,CAT score and MMRC score. Clinic can supplement routine lung functions; At the same time,it provides clinical evidence for assessing the quality of COPD Patients’ life and prognosis.
