NT-proBNP is a product produced pro-BNP is cleaved into BNP, the concentration is higher than that in plasma BNP, not only the affected heart function, myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction can cause this index increased. This paper focuses on differences between different ethnic groups within the Xinjiang region of plasma NT-proBNP concentration in clinical studies. Objective:To study the different nationalities in the blood NT-proBNP level differences of patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods:2012 May 1 August 2013 in 482 cases of patients with the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University Heart Center Uighurs and Han hospitalized acute coronary syndrome, respectively, according to tribes including unstable angina (UA) acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), non-ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction (NSTEMI). After the verdict, admission NT-proBNP test results for statistical analysis using SPSS 17.0 software. Results:â‘  Uygur and Han patients with acute coronary syndrome in gender, age, body mass index, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); each group median NT-proBNP â‘¡ patients with acute coronary syndrome Uighurs and Han there are differences; difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: â‘  Uygur risk factors in patients with acute coronary syndrome and more than Han, coronary angiography results suggest that coronary multivessel disease-oriented; â‘¡ NT-proBNP level in Uygur nationality ACS patients in significantly higher than that of han nationality patients,it may be related with hereditas living habit, risk factor control, early diagnosis and treatmentof disease, post-discharge compliance of treatmentwich possesses important value for assessing patients condition.
