Effects Of VerifyNow P2Y12 Test On Clinical Outcomes Of Patients With Coronary Revascularization:a Meta-analysis

Objectives:To investigate the Effects of/erifyNow P2Y12 test on clinical outcomes of patients with Coronary revascularization.Methods:We searched the Cochrane Library (2014 Section 3),Pubmed, EMbase, Highwire, CBM, CNKI and other foreign biomedical databases. Collect data on patients for coronary revascularization implementation VerifyNowP2Y12 text, follow-up time of 6-12 months randomized controlled trials and cohort studies, retrieval date as of March 2014. After extracting valid data using STATA 12.0 Meta-analysis software.Results:The meta-analysis included 14 studies, a total of 17,643 patients, the results showed:VerifyNow P2Y12 text detected highly reactive group of all-cause mortality is high [RR=1.572,95%CI (1.220,2.025), P=0.000] again, the high incidence of myocardial infarction[RR=1.653,95%C/(1.422,1.921),P=0.000],stent thrombosis rate [RR=2.313, 95%CI(1.738,3.078),P=0.000],a high incidence of stroke [RR=2.410,95%CI(1.265, 4.591), P=0.007], and for target vessel revascularization, two sets of results showed no significant difference[RR=1.035,95%CI(0.825,1.300), P=0.766].Conclusion:VerifyNow P2Y12 platelet reactivity detection of clopidogrel in patients with all-cause death, myocardial infarction, stentthrombosis, stroke and other cardiovascular events have predictive value.
