Objective:To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of the natural longevity of Uyghur nationality in Khotan Xinjiang and to explore the influencing factors of glomerular filtration rate GFR.Methods:Adopt the method of stratified random sampling by using the method of WHO MONICA, To investigate 177 (male 107, female 70)among adults 90 years of age and older of natural longevity at Khotan area in Xinjiang(natural longevity group)and 197 at the age of 60 to 90 elderly in Yutian County of the Khotan Area (control group) by random sampling. We performed an epidemiological survey focusing on questionnaire survey.physical examination and blood examination as well as urinalysis, etc. Results:To independent-samples T test, the two groups were significantly different withTG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,Apo-A,Apo-B,LP(a),CRE,UA,Waist,circumference, ASBP (P<0.05).the natural longevity group higher than control group. Comparing the ADBP(P<0.05),the natural longevity group lower than control group. Second, classification of non-conditional binary logistic regression analysis indicated that age(OR=5.528) and UA(OR= 1.006) were associated with GFR risk factors as well as HDL-C(OR=0.243) was GFR protective factor; Conclusion:the levels of renal impairment of khotan natural longevity are relatively high. To lower the high-density lipoprotein HDL-C are proposed to be one of the early warning indicators, attaching great importance to the early prevention, adoptting corresponding measures to prevent uric acid and creatinine from being high. and controlling the related risk factors timely will be help for delaying the renal function impairment and longevity.
