Objective:To explore the risk factors of hematologic malignancies with venous thromboembolism, which may provide a reference for clinical prevention and treatment decision making. Methods:We collected the clinical data of 35 patients with hematologic malignancies with venous thromboembolism as the case group, and 35 patients with hematologic malignancies of non-venous thromboembolism as the control group at the same time, The datas were retrospective analysed; The content of analysis include risk factors, clinical features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. With help of software SPSS 17.0, we used Logistic regression to evaluate the risk factors. Results:The univariate analysis results were showed that there were significant difference between control and case group in central venous catheter, immobilization, D-Dmier≥500ng/ml (<0.05). Conclusion:Venous thrombosis happened in the first three months of hematological malignancies diagnosis, lymphoma was common, the most common location was the left lower limb;hematologic malignancies with central venous catheter, immobilization, D-Dimer>500ng/ml are prone to complicate venous thromboembolism. Clinicians shoud be more pay attention to this complication, detect early and treat timely.lt should be reduce the economic loss and patient’s pain to improve of the quality of life.
