Objectve:To investigate the factors that influence the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer surgery. Methods:By surgery and pathology diagnosis and follow-up data complete retrospective study Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2008 to January 2013 during the clinical data of 118 cases of colorectal patients for statistical analysis、age (≤65 years old and> 65 years)、sex、complained of time (<1 month、1-12 months、>12 months)、tumor location (low、median、high)、 surgical (Dixon surgery. Miles surgery)、tumor size (≤4cm、4-8cm、≥8cm)、tumor differentiation (well-differentiated、poorly differentiated)、TNM staging (T1、T2、 T3、T4、NO、N1、N2、MO、M1), Dukes staging (A phase、B phase、C phase、D period)、with or without cancer ileus、postoperative chemotherapy with or without prognostic factors affecting the statistical analysis, while postoperative chemotherapy on the prognosis at different stages Dukes whether the impact was further stratified analysis. Results:Univariate analysis showed that:the degree of tumor differentiation、 tumor-infiltrating range (T)、lymph node metastasis (N)、distant metastasis (M)、 Dukes staging、prognosis and postoperative chemotherapy associated with postoperative colorectal cancer patients, and sex、age、main complaint time、tumor location、 surgical approach、tumor size、cancer、postoperative ileus and prognosis in patients with colorectal cancer had no correlation. Multivariate analysis showed that:depth of tumor invasion (T)、lymph node metastasis (N)、distant metastasis (M)、Dukes stage were independent prognostic factors affecting postoperative colorectal cancer. Conclusion:The degree of tumor differentiation, TNM stage, Dukes stage, postoperative chemotherapy associated with colorectal cancer surgery outcomes, TNM stage, Dukes stage colorectal cancer patients with postoperative prognosis of the most important independent factor. Univariate analysis of the presence or absence of colorectal cancer after chemotherapy correlated with prognosis, and chemotherapy with or without stratification analysis results in DukesB period, DukesC postoperative prognosis of colorectal cancer patients have a certain relevance, chemotherapy is DukesB period an important means of adjuvant therapy in patients with stage C colorectal cancer after surgery...
