Objective: Mucosal human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is a necessary cause of cervical cancer. Vaccine and non-vaccine genotype prevalences may change after vaccine introduction. Therefore, it appears essential to rank HPV genotypes according to their oncogenic potential for invasive cervical cancer, so The HPV infection rate and distribution of HPV types Xin jiang Uygur women were analyzed to provide basic scientific data for the development of effective regional control strategies and the development of HPV vaccine. Methods:Literatures published on WanfangCNKI,VIP,Medalink and PubMed database were systematically searched, 13studies included,1628diagnosed with invasive cervical cancer, We performed meta-analyses of published observational studies and estimated ES and 95%CI with random-effects models for 19 HPV genotypes. Results:The pooled infections rate of HR-HPV was 86.11%. Top HR-HPV types in invasive cervical cancer (ICC) women were HPV16 (0.880,95% CI[0.830,0.929], HPV18 (0.073,95% CI[0.056,0.095]), HPV58 (0.037,95% CI[0.020,0.068]),HPV68 (0.008,95% CI[0.003,0.017]),HPV56 (0.007, 95%CI[0.002,0.023]) and HPV39 (0.005,95%CI[0.002,0.012]). The random-effects models showed the pooled infections rate of HR-HPV types was 0.916 (95% CI:0.891, 0.940) with a significant heterogeneity among studies (I2=95.8%, P<0.05). The infections rate of HR-HPV is higher with the increased of the published years Conclusion:The main types of HR-HPV infection are HPV16, HPV18, HPV58, HPV68, HPV56, HPV39 in Cervical Cancer in Xin jiang Uygur Woman(P< 0.05).
