Objective:By analyzing the links between different parts of the origin and its burden level of cardiac structure and function changes between patients with PVCs, try to explore factors related to PVCs tachycardia-induced cardiomyopathy,Then,privide clues of clinical prognosis of PVCs and a reference for treatment programs. Methods:Selected hospitalized patients form December 2012 to May 2014,24-hour Holter monitoring and detection of PVCs in 139 cases of patients with complete data,According to the burden level and site of origin of PVCs were grouped,based on the patient’s age,sex,duration of time,LVEF,LVESD,LVEDD and other data for statical analysis.Results:Compared source of grouping during of PVCs,LVFS were no statistically significant differences among the three groups.PVCs of the right ventricular origin group and of the left ventricular,the right ventricular origin group and branch origin group of PVCs,there is a significant differences were seen in LVEF,LVESD,LVEDD (P<0.05).But there is no statistically significant differences between left ventricular origin group and branch origin group of PVCs when campare the index LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF.On the other hand,comparison group based on the level of burden,there also have no statistically significant differences among the three groups about LVFS,PVCs low burden group comparsion with the burden group,the low burden group and high group,LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF were significant differences (P < 0.05),But there is significant differences only on the index of the LVEDD compared with the burden and the high group (P=0.033).In addition,we analyaed the interaction about the origin and burde level group,the results were negative (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Patients with PVCs originate different parts of the room,there is a difference influence on cardiac structure and function.Because of the right ventricle of PVCs cause more serious ventricular dyssynchrony,that the effects on left ventricular chamber enlargement and left ventriculai dysfunction is moreprominent compared with the left ventricular origin group and branch origin group of PVCs.In addition,as the burden increased,ventricular remodeling and cardiac function in patients will be more prominent.PVCs resulting reduction in the main of diastolic dysfunction.
