The Clinical Observation Of Functional Dyspepsia Of Disharmony Between Liver And Stomach With The Treatment Of Xiangdiekuanzhong Yin

Objective:To observe the Xiangdiekuanzhong Yin in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(Disharmony between liver and stomach)curative effect.Method:The clinical selection of functional dyspepsia patients met the inclusion criteria of 68 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xiangdiekuanzhong Yin,control group was treated by Qizhiweitong granule treatment,treatment for 4 weeks,use of Chinese medicine symptom score to observe the changes of symptoms in patients before and after treatment.The end of treatment were follow up for 4 weeks to observe the recurrence rate.To use SSPS17.0 software to analyze the clinical data obtained based on results to evaluate the clinical effect of Xiangdiekuanzhong Yin.Results:Two groups of patients after oral drug treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 94.12%,the total effective rate of the control group is 88.24%,the treatment group is much better than the control group,significant differences(P< 0.05),with statistical significance.After an efficient comparison of individual symptoms,Improvement in epigastric fullness,sigh,poor appetite,swallowing acid,epigastric burning sensation,five symptoms,in the treatment group is better than control group(P<0.05).In improving epigastric pain,emotional depression,belching,nausea,early satiety has no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The end of treatment were follow up for 4 weeks to observe the recurrence rate was 7.14% in the treatment group,control group,the recurrence rate was 30%,observe the long term efficacy the treatment group better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiangdiekuanzhong Yin can significantly improve the disharmony between liver and stomach and Functional Dyspepsia clinical symptoms.Xiangdiekuanzhong Yin has lower recurrence rate.
