Clinical Observation And Influence On VLA-2/CD49B With The Therapy Of Bushenshengxue In Chronic Aplastic Anemia

Objective:To researh the changes in clinical efficacy,before and after treatment the symptom integral,peripheral blood and the expression level of VLA-2/CD49b in the bone marrow of CAA patients treated with therapy of Bushenshengxue,investigate the correlation between integrin family of adhesion molecules and the incidence of chronic aplastic anemia of hematopoietic microenvironment mediated hematopoietic abnormalities,looking for possible modern biological basis for the pathogenesis,some modern scientific theory reference for the effective development of drugs for treatment of CAA.Methods:1.60 cases of CAA patients by TCM syndrome standards are divided into kidney yang deficiency and kidney yin deficiency type,clinical curative effect observation of the therapy of Bushenshengxue in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia; 2.Through flow cytometry were detected before and after the treatment of 61 cases of patients with chronic aplastic anemia bone marrow mononuclear cells in the expression of the level of VLA-2/CD49b.Results:1.After taking the therapy of Bushenshengxue in the treatment of CAA patients, symptoms improved significantly, the symptom scores significantly lower than before (P<0.05);2.30 cases of patients with kidney yang deficiency,the total efficiency of 90%.40 cases kidney yin deficiency, the total efficiency of 63.33%,compared with this two groups kidney yang deficiency is efficiency significant than kidney yin deficiency (P<0.05); Kidney yang deficiency and kidney yin deficiency before and after treatment comparison group,symptom score decreased significantly (P<0.05), after treatment between this two groups was significant different (P<0.05);3.After the treatment of peripheral hemogram indexes treatment getting improved (P<0.01)than before,kidney yang deficiency were obviously improved; the two groups after treatment compared with no significant difference between WBC (P>0.05),the other indexes had significant difference (P<0.05,P<0.01); 4.Before treatment of kidney yang deficiency group and kidney yin deficiency group VLA-2/CD49b was lower than that of normal group (P<0.05), after treatment,although a certain degree of recovery,but compared with the normal group,there are still significant differences (P<0.05).The two groups before and after treatment were no significant difference (P>0.05); The comparison of two groups before and after treatment,there is no significant difference ((P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The therapy of Bushenshengxue in the treatment of CAA patients with obvious curative effect,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and peripheral blood picture compared with this two groups kidney yang deficiency is efficiency significant than kidney yin deficiency.2.The level before and after the treatment were both lower than the normal expression of VLA-2/CD49b in patients with chronic aplastic anemia bone marrow mononuclear cells,kidney yang deficiency and kidney yin deficiency type before and after treatment between groups and within group comparisons showed no significant difference.3.Traditional Chinese Medicine with Bushentianjing to VLA-2/CD49b of TCM is not sensitive,it may be have little relationship to the injury of hematopoietic inductive microenvironment (Theory of soil) in the pathogenesis of CAA.
